Webhook notification sent when a billing agreement's status changes

## Request

### Payload

- `agreementToken` (string, required) — Token identifying the billing agreement
- `status` (enum, required) — Current status of the agreement
  - Allowed values: `ACTIVE`, `INACTIVE`, `TERMINATED`
- `reasons` (list of string, required) — List of reasons for the status update such as \{PAYMENT\_METHOD\_EXPIRED, PENDING\_RENEWAL, ACCOUNT\_DEACTIVATED, USER\_CANCELLED}
- `dateTime` (datetime, required) — Timestamp of the status update
- `message` (string, optional) — Optional message providing additional context
